Isaiah 22:4-6

⁴ Therefore I say, “Turn your gaze away from me,
Let me ^(A)weep bitterly,
Do not insist on comforting me concerning the destruction of the daughter of my people.”
^5 (B)For Lord Yahweh of hosts has a ^(C)day of confusion, ^(D)oppression, and panic
^(E)In the valley of vision,
A breaking down of walls
And a crying ^[a]to the mountain.
^6 (F)Now Elam took up the quiver
With the chariots, ^[b]infantry, and horsemen;
And ^(G)Kir uncovered the shield.
